BathingWaterFinder is an independent data explorer built to make official European bathing-water classifications easier to search, compare and understand. It is not an official EEA, European Commission or national-authority website.

Why it exists

The official data is valuable, but trip-planning questions are often more practical: Which nearby waters are rated excellent? Is a place coastal or inland? Has the classification been stable over several seasons? This site turns those questions into simple filters and source-linked pages.

Editorial principle

We do not convert an annual classification into a live safety claim. Current notices must be checked with the relevant authority.

Independence

Any future advertising or affiliate relationships will be kept separate from classification logic and rankings. Official quality data is never altered to favor a commercial partner.
